 1 - Needs Significant Improvement: Does not meet basic requirements; requires constant close supervision and extensive coaching.

2 - Developing: Is learning and progressing, but still requires further training and support in key areas.

3 - Meets Expectations: Achieves the fundamental requirements for the role at the trainee stage and can complete assigned tasks independently.

4 - Performing Well: Demonstrates above-average abilities and initiative; shows fast learning and adaptability.

5 - Exceeds Expectations: Far surpasses expectations; shows exceptional potential and proactively contributes innovative ideas.
